POLICIES:

We regard our customer's privacy as one of our most important values. We want you to know how we protect customer information and what choices you have about its use. We believe our Privacy Policy should give you confidence whenever you shop at facOutlet.com

FRAUD PROTECTION DEPARTMENT:

Some orders are subject to facOutlet.com verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and ship-to informationis is legitimate. If your order requires verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. This is why it's important that you leave both day and home phone numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current. It is also important that you understand what we mean by "bill to" information. The "bill to" address is the address to which your bank mails monthly credit card statement. The "bill to" address which you give us must agree with the address that the bank (issuing your credit card) has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct informtion, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailor.

UNCONFIRMED ORDERS:

Often, we have to contact a customer in order to resolve a problem with verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advise that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone and e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled, so please be sure to provide us with the contact information that will enable us to reach you in timely fashion should the need arise.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY:

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and creat an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. This is a new policy of most Credit Card Companies that must be adhered to, both by facOutlet.com and other Credit Card Company customers. It is designed to protect the customer from fraudulent use of his/her credit card account. It is in your best interest to call your Credit Card Company and notify them of your other delivery address so that your order can be authorized and shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you do not call your Credit Card Company to notify them that you are using a different shipping address for an order, your order may be delayed. Our Credit Department will place the order on hold and call the billing contact person for the card. If the billing contact person cannot be reached to verify the order, your order may be delayed.

RETURN POLICY:

facOutlet.com offers a 10 day Return Policy starting on the day when the merchandise is received by a customer, so buy with confidence! You may return any defective item, excluding any Shipping and Handling charges, within a period of 10 days according to the following guidelines:

1. All returns must be doubled boxed (manufacturer's box inside a shipping box) and authorized by facOutlet.com. Please contact our Customer Service Department for Return Merchandise Authorization number and instruction prior to shipping merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a readable copy of it with your return. Also enclose a brief letter of explanation of return and state your request for an exchange. Please include the authorization number on this letter and NOT on the outside of the box. NEVER write anything on the manufacturer's box. It is VERY IMPORTANT that all returns have the complete RMA numbers prominently displayed on the shipping label and NOT on the box(s).

2. Exchanges may only be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.

3. Any product, which appears to have an initial defect within 10 days of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model only) without being subject to any restocking fees.

4. RMA numbers are valid 10 days and the product must reach us before then. A delay will result in complete forfeiture of your credit. Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.

5. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be REFUSED.

6. Make sure to insure the package. facOutlet.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

7. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

8. Shipping and Handling expenses are non-refundable (including all refused and unaccepted packaging).

9. All merchandise must be returned in original manufacture packaging.

10. All supplied manufacture accessories must be included in original factory packaging when returning the item. Failure to return all or any supplied accessories will result in complete forfeiture of your credit.

11. Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork MUST be blank.

12. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Customers is responsible for inspecting merchandise contents and condition within those 5 days.

13. In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refused the return, or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 15% depending on the condition of the return merchandise.

14. Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company. We recommand to use a secured carrier such as: UPS, FED EX, etc.

15. Food and water product can not be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will NOT be issued.

16. Copiers / Printers / Fax Machines - Once the toner has been installed, these items can NOT be returned. If defective, the customer will need to work with the manufacturer.

Please be aware that as we continue to add product lines, that there may be some restrictions.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES:

All products are warranted by the manufacturer. If you have questions regarding the warranty please contact the manufacturer directly.

DEFECTIVE ITEM:

facOutlet.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Any product, which appears to have an initial defect within 10 days of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model) without being subject to any restocking fees. Since we are not the manufacturer, we split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays for shipping back to us and we pay for shipping back to you, similar to a walk-in store. facOutlet.com will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. We will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, facOutlet.com will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.
